One of the moments a true Eurovision fan is waiting for during the build up to Eurovision has come! The organizers of the contest have finally revealed the running order of the Semi Finals. Robin from Sweden got the honor to kick off the First Semi Final (9 May) while IMRI from Israel will be closing the Second Semi Final (11 May).
The order was decided by the producers, using the same format that has been in place since the competition in Malmö, Sweden in 2013, in order to create a more exciting television show and ensure that each song shines and stands out. The decision was then approved by the EBU Executive Supervisor, Mr. Jon Ola Sand, and the Chairman of the ESC Reference Group, Dr. Frank Dieter Freiling.
